The Digital Diaries platform supports customization for the participant invites. This creates a way to easily convey important information to participants early on, avoiding the need to send multiple emails or messages.
1: What is Customizable?
The initial paragraph of the invite is customizable. This is the only portion of the invite that is customizable.
2: Making Changes
To customize the first paragraph of an invite, open the Participants page using the navigation menu.
On the Participants page, open the Invites drop-down menu. Select Customize.
In the Customize Invite panel, you can see the default text for each participant segment within the available text boxes. To edit the text for a segment, click into that text box and make your changes.
Once you are satisfied with your changes, select Save to apply the new wording to your invites.
Note: For segments in languages other than English, the translated text must manually be entered into the text box; the system does not automatically translate text from English.
