Once you have added participants to your project, you can invite them from the Participants menu.
1: Sending the Invite
To invite participants, you must first enable the invite tools at the top of the participant grid. To enable the invite tools, select the checkbox for at least one participant.
Select Invite to invite the selected participant(s) immediately. Or select Schedule invite to schedule the invite(s) to go out at a later date / time.
Tip: To invite all participants in the list, click the checkbox at the top left hand corner of the grid to select them all.
If you click Schedule invite, the New Invite modal opens. Set a date and time for the scheduled invite, then click Save. The date and time for the send are based on the researcher's timezone.
Once you have sent or scheduled invites, you can check this page to review your participants' registration status and visit counts.
You can also click the "Invites" button on the right of the page to customize the invite, create a new scheduled send, or view a list of upcoming scheduled invites. The number on the "Invites" drop-down menu indicates the number of invites scheduled to send.
